Our pricing system may occasionally list products as 'Free' due to configuration settings intended for specific promotions. Unless explicitly advertised as 'Free', standard charges apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products were not officially marked as free. .

Delivery Information:

We reserve the right to deliver certain orders only to the invoice address. Customers will be notified via email if this applies.

Stock Availability:

If we have insufficient stock to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and offer either an alternative item of equal value or a refund for the unavailable goods. We are not obliged to provide additional compensation for disappointment caused.

Right to Cancel:

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 working days of receiving their goods. When exercising this right, only the product cost will be refunded within 30 days of receiving returned goods. Please note that we do not refund postal charges, and a 20% restocking fee will apply to returned products.

Return Conditions:

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon receipt (photographic evidence may be required).

Returned items should be sent via Recorded Delivery;

we do not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or courier services.
All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Returned faulty goods after this period may receive a partial refund based on usage. Items returned more than 2 months after purchase will not be refunded or replaced and will be disposed of.
