Non-returnable Items:

Please note that 2ml samples are non-returnable and excluded from our return policy.

Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect item, we will send the correct item upon receipt of the returned incorrect item and refund your return postage. If you require a fast replacement, we will charge you for the correct item and refund your second order cost upon receiving the incorrect item back.

Missing Orders:

Orders returned as Not Called For by Royal Mail will be refunded for product costs upon receipt, excluding postage. Customers will be notified, and the order will be canceled.
Orders dispatched by Standard Postage will not be considered 'missing' until 15 working days have passed; no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
